About Us
Oceans are over 71% of our planet's surface.
Oceans' Harmony
To preserve and balance the health of this planet we call “Earth” we must all dedicate our efforts to the preservation of the oceans and the balance of life within them. The need to do so is fundamental to the continuation of all life on Earth as we know it.
Oceans’ Harmony is a non-profit organisation, dedicated to maintaining, improving and conserving the oceans and seas of the world.
Oceans’ Harmony is driven by a dedicated group of professionals who devote their time to growing this beautiful and compassionate global family. Their goal is to build a major force in the conservation of the fauna and flora within the oceans and seas themselves.

Howard Kodra, a marine mammal pioneer, was among the first group of animal lovers to capture and train Dolphins for display at Marine Parks back in the early 60’s. Through this role he became Director of marine mammal training and shows at Sea World on the Gold Coast.
He was the Australian chairman of the International Trainers’ Association and was instrumental in the success of the hit television documentary, hosted by Michael Pate, known as ‘The Wonderful World of the Dolphins”.
Oceans Harmony was first registered in 2015, however the concept was first brought to the table back in December 2009. Some 71% of our planet’s surface is made up of water. Oceans’ Harmony is driven by a dedicated group of professionals who devote their time to growing this beautiful and compassionate global family. Our goal is to build a major force in the conservation of fauna and flora within the oceans as well as the oceans and seas themselves.
FIRST NATIONS PEOPLE
Oceans Harmony seeks to employ the forums of research and education to engage First Nations People in a systematic approach to assess and advise on the impact of human activities on our rivers and oceans.
Oceans’ Harmony acknowledges First Nations Peoples worldwide as the first people of the land.
In partnership with communities and other government agencies, we will work to improve the community in which we operate and support First Nations People by utilising their traditional practices to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes whilst building and maintaining relationships at local levels.
Oceans’ Harmony supports training and development opportunities that will provide First Nation People career pathways whilst demonstrating an appreciation of their cultures through simple and appropriate sharing programs.
Our vision is to empower First Nation Peoples through the Spirit of Reconciliation and mutual respect to share traditional knowledge and practices that will support current Government climate change policies to improve the quality of our environment.
Oceans Harmony recognises the Traditional Custodians of the land and pays respect to their spiritual ancestors, their elders past and present, and will reflect on the richness and diversity of the culture that existed on this land for thousands of generations.
Oceans’ Harmony is a non-profit organisation dedicated to conserving, maintaining, and improving oceans and waterways to preserve and balance the health of our land.
This must start with a recognition and understanding that First Nations people have had and continue to have a strong connection and knowledge of this land, its waterways and oceans, and abundant flora and fauna for tens of thousands of years.
We have learned that genuine partnerships with First Nations People organisations and individuals bring specialised skills and experience to provide more significant outcomes during our development phase.
Oceans’ Harmony recognises the extraordinary contributions that First Nations People have made and will continue to make in cultural, economic, and scientific domains. We acknowledge that many First Nations People experience social and economic disadvantage, and we are committed to creating an employment and science-based contribution to addressing this imbalance.
